Communism Capitalism and P2P

I will begin this blog with a criticism of a thread that I previously made at www.wrongplanet.net

Communism and socialism won't work because there is no emphasis on more production. Capitalism has a hierarchical structure but, at least people are rewarded for higher effort. The only thing I don't like is when people are rich for doing absolutely nothing at the expense of the under-poverished (Sweat shops). That is stealing from the poor and giving to the rich.

I still basically agree with this paragraph today. In fact, I believe sweatshops are against capitalist ideology. If workers are paid properly then the companies can make large gains from the workers buying products. Aggregate demand goes down when the impoverished become slaves. As sweatshops increase in number, the companies lose profit because people don't have as much money to spend on their products.
With communism, though, people have to have a like-minded goal or be forced against their will to achieve that goal. I prefer a balance between socialism and complete capitalism.

Never assume that only one class of people are being affected by a bad economy or bad organization. A lot of people are being oppressed by the Bush regime including the higher classes. The investors who used to be rich are now getting kicked out of the decision making process in most companies.

Oppressing the little guy is one thing, but oppressing the middle and lower classes throws his list of allies out of proportion. If people can understand what is going on then they too will be against this. It's like the super rich get to decide things that the rich don't. Not that it matters, they have money. It is only a matter of time until things start changing around. Even the Republican party itself might be more accepting (maybe).
The only big ally that the administration can rely on is faith. Will that be enough?

It is not to say that Marx's communist manifesto did nothing but harm. Unions and workers rights have come out of the darkest areas of the Industrial Revolution. The standard of living has gone up and health and education reborn into all the nations that were capitalist? So all the nations that had the most liberty and freedom are capitalist.

It makes me wonder if anything was ever communist. The closest nation to Marxism and Communism was the Iroquois. As I said earlier, I like a balance between the two freedoms: freedom to and freedom from.

The only socialist like group that works is P2P networks.
There are others which I will display later but yes, this one works.
The reason is because everyone likes Shareware, unless they are losing money.
I think more then 30 million people in US use shareware, possibly even 75 million.

There is no way this can be stealing. The closest that shareware programs can be is plagerizing. And when people are sharing music, they are not claiming the music to be their own. P2P networks are like walking into the Louvre and copying the Mona Lisa on a piece of parchment and having it hanging on mantelpiece. The individual (Mary) did not buy a copy. The painting is still being viewed by millions of people but Mary has one on her shelf.
How can the RIAA charge Mary with stealing if the owner still has the painting?
I wonder what the FBI would say about shareware programs (maybe a few of you can answer)

I also hear that artists deserve to get paid for their work. I completely agree, but the ones who need money the most agree with P2P because it promotes their group and since the group doesn't make that much from albums, selling tickets for a concert is a big part of their income. The most popular bands worldwide are also most popular because of P2P.

How about if people can download a sample of everything for free, and the premium stuff for money?
Their are full versions of the free songs and their are samples of the premium stuff like AMG.

I hope you like my first post. If you don't like politics, well I will make up with it by talking about Aspergers next one.
